Proposal Guidelines for Individual Artists:
- list your contact phone, email and postal address
- 150 word project summary
- one to two paragraph statement of relevance to curatorial theme
- full project description, including estimated space and tech needs
- estimated budget required (please outline anticipated costs)
- fundraising plan (assume project to be self-funded or list project sponsors)
- include art CV/resume and bio

Proposal Guidelines for Thematic or Group Exhibits:
- list the main contact person for your project, including that person's contact phone, email and postal address
- include art CV/resume and bio for main contact person, minimum
- list all artists/collaborators involved with 50 word max statement for each
- 150 word project summary
- one to two paragraph statement of relevance to curatorial theme
- full project description, including estimated space and tech needs
- estimated budget required (please outline anticipated costs)
- fundraising plan (assume project to be self-funded or list project sponsors)

- upload up to 5 images per individual artist or 10 images per collaborative project

Individual artist:
ArtistLastNameFirstNameInitial_TitleOfWork(file type extension)
eg. SmithJ_Waterway1.jpg

Collaborative Project:
ProjectName_ArtistLastNameFirstNameInitial_TitleOfWork(file type extension)
eg. ShoreThing_SmithJ_Waterway1.jpg
